Aging 4 – 8 years. Organoleptic characteristics: Color: intense ruby red, with aging takes elegant garnet reflections. Bouquet: intense, tends to complex aroma. Taste: dry, well balanced, full, ample body. Gastronomy: great with all meats, poultry and game. Excellent with some international dishes. Serving temperature: 18degC – 65deg F.
